Meet the Staff Team

Our staff equip the church in faithful ministry to make and mature disciples of Jesus.

Jeremy Watson
Senior Minister

Jeremy is married to Sarah and they have two young daughters, Zoe and Elyse. Jeremy and Sarah moved to Sandringham in 2020, with Jeremy having previous Anglican Church ministry in Dandenong and Diamond Creek, and in the Salvation Army in Victoria and South Australia before that. Jeremy once studied an engineering degree and worked in IT in Adelaide before moving to Melbourne in 2011 to study theology and prepare for Christian ministry.

Jemimah Savage
Children & Families Ministry Support

Jemimah is 20 years old and currently pursuing a degree in archaeology. Previously, Jemimah worked as the Children's Ministry Coordinator in Cheltenham, where she developed a passion for guiding children in their faith journey, creating engaging programs, and fostering a welcoming environment for families. Jemimah aims to help children grow in their love for Jesus, build strong biblical foundations, and create a church experience that is both fun and spiritually enriching.

Robyn Fitzgerald
Admin Office Assistant

Robyn is married to Iain and has three grown up children. After living in the UK for 15 years, Robyn and her family moved back to Melbourne in 2010, and have settled in the Bayside area. Robyn has worked as a physiotherapist and administrator for many years, and she joined the team at All Souls in 2024.

Luke Alabaster
10am Music Minister

Luke is passionate about music, youth, and seeing people grow in faith. Luke has a long history in piano, has served in church bands since his teens, and also sings and plays a few other instruments. Over the past 15 years Luke has led music teams and youth programs across various camps and churches. Luke enjoys various forms of media, spending time in cafes, and coming up with bad puns. Luke also works in the public sector and as a private music tutor.
